Bilingual clinical & language consultation

Bridging cultural and clinical gaps for solo providers and group practices.

Only about 40 bilingual mental health training programs exist nationwide across social work, psychology, and family therapy combined, leaving many clinicians without adequate Spanish-language supervision.

Documentation review means phrasing, terminology, and language feedback on de-identified writing samples you provide. It is not chart auditing, coding or billing review, or a compliance determination.

Before you book

  • Consultation is educational and peer-based. It isn't supervision, and consultation hours may not count toward licensure or continuing education unless your licensing board confirms in writing.
  • Case discussions are de-identified only. Never send names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, record numbers, exact dates, identifying locations, photos, audio or video of clients, or employers. Don’t send passwords, card numbers, or Social Security numbers through consultation channels.
  • Not for emergencies, crisis intervention, duty-to-warn decisions, or abuse reporting.
  • No recording, transcribing, or AI tools on either side without written consent.
  • You’ll sign a consultation agreement before services begin. You’re responsible for confirming that consultation is permitted under your license and in your state.

Scheduling & billing

  • Start with the short consultation inquiry form. You’ll then receive a link to book your discovery call. Discovery calls and live sessions are booked on Calendly.
  • Asynchronous inquiries go through Voxer. I aim to reply within three business days; this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
  • Retainer inquiries and sessions are used within the billing month. Unused ones expire and don’t roll over.
  • Billing runs through secure text-to-pay and card processing via Ivy Pay.
  • Monthly retainers renew each month. Cancel at least 14 days before your next billing date.
  • Live sessions canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours ahead, or missed, may be charged in full.
  • Completed services are nonrefundable unless agreed in writing or required by law.
  • Group practices keep a written roster of authorized clinicians.

Open nationwide to solo providers and group practices: bilingual, Spanish-only, or English-only clinicians at every stage (LCSWs, LMSWs, LMHCs, LPCCs, LPCs, associates, interns, and students), plus related fields seeking a culturally humble perspective.

Educational & peer consultation only; does not replace formal state-mandated clinical supervision. All case discussions are strictly 100% de-identified.
